Refund policy

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a guide is faulty, is not what we described, or does not do what we said it would do, you are entitled to a remedy. That may be a replacement file or a refund, depending on the problem. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

The 30-Day Reset Library: 14-day money-back guarantee

If you buy The 30-Day Reset Library and decide it is not right for you, you can have a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

To claim it, email thepdfguideshq@gmail.com within 14 days of your order date, with your order number. We will refund the full amount you paid for the library to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

A few simple terms keep this fair for everyone:

• The guarantee applies to The 30-Day Reset Library only. It does not apply to single guides or the Guide Bundle.
• It applies once per customer.
• Once your refund is processed, your access to the library page and the library emails end, and we ask you to delete the files you downloaded.

Change of mind: single guides and the Guide Bundle

Single guides and the Guide Bundle are instant digital downloads. Once a file has been delivered it cannot be returned or unread, so we do not offer refunds for change of mind on these products.

That is why every product page tells you exactly what is inside, who the guide is for, and who it is not for, before you buy. Please read that section. If you are unsure whether a guide is right for you, email us at thepdfguideshq@gmail.com before you purchase and we will give you a straight answer.

If your download does not work

That is our problem, not yours.

Email thepdfguideshq@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend your files, usually the same day. A broken link, an expired link, or a file that will not open is never a reason for you to be out of pocket.

If a guide is not what we described

Email us at thepdfguideshq@gmail.com and tell us what you expected and what you got. We will read it properly and sort out a remedy. We would much rather fix a genuine problem than have you feel misled.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

If you accidentally bought the same product twice, email us and we will refund the duplicate.

If you bought the Guide Bundle or The 30-Day Reset Library after already owning a single guide that it includes, email us and we will refund the price of that single guide.
