FAQ

What format are the guides?

PDF. Every product includes the main guide and a separate printable pack, so you can reprint the working pages without printing the whole book. They open on any phone, tablet or computer, and the printables are sized for standard US Letter and A4.

How do I get my files?

Instantly. Download links appear on the confirmation screen right after checkout and are emailed to you as well. Most orders arrive within a minute or two.

My download did not arrive. What now?

Almost always one of two things:

  1. Check your spam, junk and promotions folders. This is the answer about nine times out of ten.
  2. Check the email address you typed at checkout. A single wrong character means the email goes nowhere.

Either way, email us your order number and we will resend your files, usually the same day. We never charge for resending files you have already paid for.

Do the printables need color ink?

No. Every printable pack is designed to work in black and white.

Is anything free?

Yes. Twelve Rules Worth Knowing is a free one-page card. Twelve rules pulled from all six guides, each one graded, and two of them say the evidence does not support something you have probably read. No payment and no card, just an email address.

Can I get a refund?

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply: if a guide is faulty or is not what we described, email us and we will sort out a remedy.

On single guides we do not offer change-of-mind refunds, because these are instant digital downloads that cannot be returned. The 30-Day Reset Library is the exception. It is a bigger decision, so it comes with 14 days to change your mind, no reason needed.

Every product page tells you exactly what is inside, exactly who it is for, and exactly who it is not for, before you buy. If you are unsure, email us first. We would rather answer a question than take a sale you regret.

Are these medical advice?

No. They are educational material. Every guide carries a clear notice, lists its sources, and tells you when to see a qualified professional instead. Nothing in any of them is a reason to change, stop or adjust any medication. If you have a diagnosed condition, talk to your doctor before acting on anything in a guide.

Who wrote these?

The guides are published without a byline. That is deliberate. We would rather you judge them on the research they cite than on anyone's credentials. Every guide ends with a full source list and a note on how strong each piece of evidence is, so you can check the claims yourself or take them to your own doctor.

Can I share a guide with a friend?

No. Each purchase is a personal license for one person. If someone else would find it useful, please send them the link and let them buy their own. It is $17, and it is what keeps these being made.

Do you have a bundle?

Yes. The 30-Day Reset Library is all six guides and all six printable packs, plus a 30-day roadmap that tells you which guide to open and when. It is $67 while the founding price lasts, instead of $102 bought separately, and it is the only product here that comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
