Email thepdfguideshq@gmail.com and a real person reads it, usually within one business day.

Ask before you buy

If you are not sure which guide fits, describe your situation and we will tell you honestly which one applies, including if the honest answer is none of them. We would rather answer a question than take a sale you regret.

Already bought and something is wrong?

Send your order number. A broken link, an expired link, or a file that will not open gets fixed the same day, no charge, ever. Check your spam folder first, because that is the answer about nine times out of ten.

Want to tell us we got something wrong?

Please do. Every claim in every guide has a source at the back, and if you think we have read a study badly we want to know. That is the whole point of publishing it this way.
